Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably from Economics, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Banking.
- Has experience in handling HR Operations in Branches (HR Generalist), recruitment, training & development, personnel administration, training, Labor Law, payroll process
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in HR Business Partner. Job role in General HR or Employee/Labor Relation.
- Computer literate is a must (MS Office)
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Interviewing skill
- Fluent in English. Speaking Mandarin/Hokkien is like to have.
- 1(one) full time position available

HR Training AdminPT Bank ICBC Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Support the admin function in training (payment process to vendor, maintain certification data, etc.)
- In charge of participant registration for external training in local or overseas
- Ensure the implementation of in-house training is running well (attendance list, meals, facilities, etc.)
- Responsible to registration of several certification programs
- Liaise with other departments for their training needs
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Experience as admin, preferably from training area
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (min. Word & Excel)
- Detail oriented and have good interpersonal skill
- Has knowledge about certification program (BSMR, LSPP, AAJI, etc.)
- Full-Time position(s) available
