Our client is an European manufacturing based MNC and a world market leader in industrial materials. With presence in more than 120 countries, they are currently seeking highly qualified individual for the role of Business Controller for one of their largest business unit in Indonesia.
Business Controller

With the potential to becoming the Country Controller (covering 2 plants and 1 Trading arm), you will be key driver in the finance controlling function, processes, internal controls and team. You will play the role of a Business Partner, working closely with management on business/commercial matters and issues pertaining to the plants specific initiatives, business plans and proposals. You will also analyse and make recommendations regarding profitability of the business, while interfacing with business unit management, and corporate accounting. In addition, you will be responsible for the cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a multinational Indonesia plant environment
Strong costing experience and knowledge
Experience in SAP system, preferably as a Super User
Familiar with plant operational environment
Involvement in implementation and maintenance of internal control system is highly advantageous
Effective communication skill (written and spoken)
A team player who is internationally minded

Male/Female
Min D3 or above
preferred Have experience handling Gap Old Navy buyer, understand export documents and procedures
Able to work with flexible working hour
Experience in the same position min.1 year as EXPORT STAFF is preferred
Have experience in the garment industry preferable
Can understand basic English (Reading and sending email)
Trustworthy, mature, confident and have good personality
Willing to work at Klari, Karawang timur
